In the spirit of a journey towards something new, Owen Martin, our Master Distiller, innovates with novel finishing techniques and flavor influences. Beautiful collector’s items crafted for the curious aficionado, each Cellar Collection blend is its own bold exploration into what whiskey can be.
In this edition of the collection we brought the cellar to life for the first time, taking it off the packaging and into the real world for us to step into. Our cellar was inspired by the process and the flavors of Tequila making infused into the anejo barrels this Rye was aged in.

The Cask Archive is our living collection of our annual jewels, unrepeated expressions each preserved as a milestone in our ongoing pursuit of whiskey excellence. These aren’t just bottles; they’re records of aging time, depth of flavor and liquid intrinsics. On 10/10, we open the first: a 10-Year Cask Strength Bourbon that stands at the top of the Archive, behind an Angel’s Envy sealed door.
